Terms of Use
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These terms govern the use of the Food Content Planner app and its Creator subscription. By using the app, you accept them.
1. Publisher
Julie GRIENENBERGER EI (Julie Gri)
Sole proprietorship (French micro-entreprise)
SIREN (French business number): 522 671 452
Email: contact@juliegri.fr
Website: juliegri.fr
2. The service
Food Content Planner helps you prepare content for Instagram: captions generated from recipe pages, previews, a story editor, folders, a calendar and posting reminders.
- The app has no access to your Instagram account and never posts on your behalf: you publish yourself, through your phone’s share feature.
- Food Content Planner is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Sharing depends on Instagram and your phone, which may change.
- The app requires no account. Your content is stored only on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
3. Free version and Creator subscription
The app can be used for free, with some limits shown in the app. The Creator subscription removes these limits and gives access to additional features, described in the app before purchase.
Price and payment
The price, duration (monthly or yearly) and any trial terms are shown in the app and in the store before you confirm. Payment is processed and charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to the account you purchase with, when you confirm the purchase or at the end of the free trial.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically for the same duration at the current price unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period.
Free trial
If a free trial is offered, it converts into a paid subscription when it ends, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before its end. A trial is offered only once per Apple or Google account.
Managing or cancelling
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple account settings or in the Google Play app (steps on the Support page). Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
Refunds and right of withdrawal
Purchases are handled by Apple or Google: refund requests and the right of withdrawal are handled by them, under their terms (request a refund from Apple, Google Play refunds). By requesting immediate access to Creator features, you acknowledge that their performance starts at purchase.
End of the subscription
When the subscription ends, your existing content remains intact and accessible: nothing is deleted or locked. Only the limits of the free version apply again to what you create afterwards.
Changes to prices and features
We may change the prices or the content of the Creator offer. A price change only applies from the next renewal, after prior notice from Apple or Google, who may ask for your consent.
4. Your content
- You remain the owner of your content (text, photos, videos). It stays on your device and we have no knowledge of it.
- Importing a recipe from a link is a writing aid. You are responsible for how you use what you import: make sure you have the right to publish the text and photos (your own, or with their author’s permission).
- You agree not to use the app to create or distribute unlawful content, or to breach Instagram’s terms.
- As your content is stored only on your phone, remember to back it up: in case of loss, damage or uninstallation, we cannot recover it.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its code, design, icons and text are protected. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store or Google Play rules. The fonts used are licensed under the SIL Open Font License, and other open source components are listed in the app (Réglages > Mentions).
6. Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the app working properly but cannot guarantee it is error-free. In particular:
- recipe import depends on the websites visited, which may block reading or change their layout;
- reminders depend on your phone’s settings (notifications, battery saving);
- sharing to Instagram depends on Instagram and its app.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for the loss of content stored on your device. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
7. Apple and Google
These terms are between you and the publisher, not Apple or Google, who are not responsible for the app or its support. On iOS, use of the app is also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement. The store’s terms (App Store or Google Play) also apply.
8. Changes and term
We may change these terms, in particular to follow changes in the app or the law. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page; in case of a significant change, we will let you know in the app. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling your subscription if you have one).
9. Contact, governing law and disputes
For any question or complaint: contact@juliegri.fr. We reply as soon as possible.
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Failing an amicable solution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules.
